Arda provides an AI SEO specialist that performs delivery work — audits, CMS-ready fixes, tickets, and reports — across the client accounts you connect. Arda prepares work product for review; your team approves changes before they are applied.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in violation of any law or third-party rights.
• Connect accounts or data you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to generate spam, deceptive content, or manipulative link schemes.

You retain ownership of the content and data in the accounts you connect (“Customer Data”). You grant Arda the rights needed to access and process Customer Data to provide the service. You represent that you have the authority and permissions required to connect each account.

Arda drafts changes for your review and does not apply them without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing work product before it ships and for the results of changes you approve. The service is provided as a tool to assist your team, not as a substitute for professional judgment.

Fees, billing periods, and any pilot terms are as agreed in your order or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

Arda and its licensors own the service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These terms do not grant you any rights to our marks or to the service except the limited right to use it as described here.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular ranking or traffic outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
